Quality begins with selecting the appropriate talc ore for each product family. Raw materials are identified by source and grade, visually inspected and blended according to defined requirements. Production records help maintain traceability from selected mineral input through processing and final packing.

Grinding and classification are controlled to achieve the required particle-size distribution for each grade. Relevant optical parameters—including whiteness, brightness and yellow index—are checked against the product specification to support consistent appearance and application performance.

Chemical composition and mineral characteristics are evaluated using appropriate analytical methods depending on the grade and customer requirement. Where applicable, parameters such as asbestos, iron, heavy metals and mineral identity are verified through qualified internal or external laboratory testing.

Grade selection begins with the customer’s application, processing conditions and target properties. We combine mineral selection, controlled blending and particle-size adjustment to develop a suitable talc solution, followed by customer trials and technical feedback where required.
