Bharat Mines & Minerals supplies application-specific talc powder grades and selected talc ore categories. Available specifications vary by product, intended application and supply requirement.

Our grades are evaluated across polymer compounds and masterbatch, paints and coatings, paper, rubber, personal care and other industrial applications. Final suitability should always be established through customer evaluation.

We begin with the application, processing conditions, target particle profile, optical requirements, required product characteristics and expected volume. An existing specification or reference sample can make the initial recommendation more precise.

Grade adjustment or application-led development may be considered where the technical requirement, evaluation criteria and commercial volume justify it. Feasibility is reviewed case by case.

Samples & qualification

Yes. Samples may be provided for qualified requirements, subject to grade availability, the quantity required and the intended evaluation. Please share your application and target specification when requesting a sample.

Evaluation should reflect the finished product and production process. Depending on the application, this may include dispersion, processing behaviour, surface finish, optical properties, reinforcement, dimensional performance or other customer-defined criteria.

Yes, where sufficient reference information is available. A current technical specification, certificate of analysis or representative sample helps us identify the closest starting grade for evaluation.

Testing & documentation
The information normally required for technical and supplier approval.

Product Information Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets and batch-specific Certificates of Analysis can be supplied where applicable. Document availability depends on the grade, supplying entity and stage of customer evaluation.

Relevant test information may be shared for qualified requirements. The report type, test method, sample basis and commercial context should be agreed before the information is used for comparison or approval.

Particle-size results depend on the instrument, dispersion method, sample preparation and reporting basis. Results from different methods should not be treated as directly equivalent unless the test conditions are understood.

No. GST, IEC, Udyam and relevant entity-specific documents are shared through a controlled verification process when required for legitimate commercial onboarding or compliance review.

Minimum order quantity varies by grade, packaging format, destination and whether the requirement is for evaluation or regular commercial supply. It is confirmed with the quotation.

Industrial bag and bulk packaging formats may be offered depending on the product, order quantity, handling requirements and destination. The appropriate format is confirmed before order finalisation.

Lead time depends on grade availability, production planning, packaging, order volume, documentation and transport arrangements. A realistic dispatch schedule is provided after the requirement is reviewed.

Yes. Export requirements are evaluated according to the destination, shipment size, packaging, product documentation and applicable trade requirements. Please share the destination country and preferred delivery terms with your enquiry.
