Bharat Mines & Minerals approaches responsible operations through controls that are relevant to the realities of mining and mineral processing. The focus is on planned extraction, effective mineral use, controlled handling, dust management, equipment safety, training, housekeeping and review.

Planning & extraction
Mining activities are undertaken within the applicable lease and mine-plan framework, with controls suited to the deposit, terrain and operating area.
Mineral utilisation
Material is assessed, separated and assigned by quality so that usable mineral fractions can be directed to suitable product or process requirements.
Processing & workplace
Raw-material handling, dust management, housekeeping, equipment inspection and supervised movement are integrated into routine production activity.
Verification & review
Batch identification, quality checks, operating records and corrective actions support traceability and progressive improvement.
